High Precision 3D Printing
Example: Custom Stator Holder for SJSU's CODE (Ceramic On-Demand Extrusion) research project
We worked with engineers and researchers from SJSU and achieved ±0.03mm tolerance on critical features for the part displayed (the Stator Holder). The final part passed the customer's requirements for fitting, and air/water tightness. The part is 3D printed with engineering, see-through material that allows the team to observe, while being robust enough to last through the designed life-cycle (over 6 months of normal operation). It survived and was replaced only due to design change of the machine.

For this customer, ordering an OEM replacement part from Germany would setback their operation for several months.
